Weddings are stressful, but you really helped by making the food part stress-free. I felt completly confident that you had everything under control and organized. The chicken skewers, shrimp skewers and bruschetta were very popular appetizers! The lasagna, meatballs and salads, topped off with a good selection of desserts, were a hit. Our only regret, was not taking pictures of this feast. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy the evening by having you come in to our home and setup, prepare, serve and cleanup.
